ABOUT THE JOB

This is a fast-paced, independent cleaning position where you’ll manage your time, travel between client homes and offices, and deliver spotless results using our proven systems. Attention to detail and personal accountability are essential.

***Work is throughout the Treasure Valley*** Must live in the Treasure Valley

Key Responsibilities

- Perform detailed residential and commercial cleaning

- Follow company checklists and quality standards

- Manage your daily schedule efficiently

- Communicates clearly with leadership

- Correct any oversights immediately

- Help maintain a positive team culture

Compensation & Schedule

- Average wage: up to $24/hour after training

- No weekends or overtime

- Typical work hours: Start between 8:00–9:00 AM and finish between 3:00–4:00 PM (some days until 5:00 PM)

- Must be able to work Monday- Friday- 8:00am -5:00pm- Full Time- 30-40 hours

- Supplies are refilled only once per week at the home office—though our door is always open!

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

- Ability to work independently under pressure

- Professional, dependable, and coachable

- Comfortable with physical work and driving

- 18+ years old

- Smartphone required

- Ability to lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and clean throughout the day

- If offered a position, must be willing to take a background check

- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
